At Crossroads Animal Hospital we accept numerous forms of payment, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) debit cards, cash, CareCredit® and Scratch Pay. We are also happy to assist with submitting claims to any pet insurance company of your choosing.
Payment Options
CareCredit
CareCredit helps pay for out-of-pocket expenses for you, your pet, and your family! Once you are approved, you can use it, again and again, to help manage health costs.
CareCredit is different from a regular credit card—there is a shorter-term financing option of six months with no interest on purchases/services of $200 or more when you pay the full amount due by the end of the promotional period. Otherwise, interest is charged from the original purchase date.
Scratch Pay
Scratch Pay helps you get the care you need today and pay for treatment costs overtime with a payment plan. Scratch Pay is not a credit card, but a short-term loan with no deferred interest or membership fees on purchases/services of $200 or more with a $15 deposit.
Pet Insurance
Pet insurance has come a long way and now offers great options for you to protect your pet’s health. Two of the leaders in national pet insurance plans are Trupanion and Pumpkin, but there are several options for pet owners. These pet insurance providers offer great coverage and have different deductible levels to help make your monthly premiums affordable. In addition to Trupanion and Pumpkin, Crossroads Animal Hospital will work with any other pet insurance company of your choice.
Trupanion™
Trupanion is pet insurance that is veterinarian recommended, accepted everywhere, and has 90 percent coverage with unlimited payouts! This insurance covers any injuries, accidents, or illnesses once your pet is insured—not including any pre-existing conditions.
Pumpkin
Pumpkin pet insurance provides pet owners with extensive pet health insurance and essential preventive care options.
